The Service relies on the SHA-256 cryptographic hash algorithm. While SHA-256 is currently considered secure by the cryptographic community, Vlaander LTD makes no warranty that: (a) SHA-256 will remain secure against all future advances in computing, including quantum computing; (b) The SHA-256 algorithm will not be deprecated, superseded, or found to be vulnerable in the future; (c) The Web Crypto API implementation in your browser is free from bugs or vulnerabilities; (d) The hash computed by your browser accurately represents the file's contents; or (e) No hash collision (two different files producing the same hash) will ever occur.

The Arweave network is a third-party decentralized blockchain protocol. Vlaander LTD does not own, operate, or control the Arweave network and disclaims all liability related to: (a) The availability, uptime, or performance of the Arweave network or any gateway; (b) The permanence of data stored on Arweave, which is subject to the network's economic and technical model; (c) Any protocol changes, forks, upgrades, or governance decisions affecting the Arweave network; (d) The security of the Arweave network against attacks, vulnerabilities, or exploits; and (e) Any loss of access to proof records resulting from Arweave network issues.

Flutterwave is an independent third-party payment processor. Vlaander LTD is not responsible for: (a) Any errors, delays, or failures in payment processing by Flutterwave; (b) The security of payment information transmitted to or processed by Flutterwave; (c) Any disputes between you and Flutterwave regarding payment transactions; (d) Currency conversion rates applied by Flutterwave; or (e) Any applicable fees, charges, or withholdings imposed by Flutterwave, your bank, or any intermediary.
