Acceptable Use Policy
Rules and guidelines for using Prima Evidence.

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth the rules and guidelines governing the use of the Prima Evidence service. Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the Service.
2. Prohibited Uses
You shall not use the Service to:
(a) Create proof records for any file or content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable under applicable law;
(b) Facilitate, conceal, or further any fraud, scam, phishing, or other deceptive activity;
(c) Falsely claim ownership, authorship, or rights in any work that you do not legitimately own or have rights to;
(d) Create proof records intended to harass, intimidate, stalk, or harm any individual or entity;
(e) Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party;
(f) Violate any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance in any jurisdiction;
(g) Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or related systems;
(h) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other users' data, or related systems or networks;
(i) Use any automated system, including bots, crawlers, or scrapers, to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use;
(j) Use the Service to launder money or finance terrorism or any other illegal activity;
(k) Create proof records containing personally identifiable information (PII) of third parties in the metadata without their consent; or
(l) Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
3. Metadata Guidelines
Metadata (title and description) provided by Users becomes part of the permanent, public proof record on Arweave. Users must ensure that metadata:
(a) Is accurate and not misleading;
(b) Does not contain personal data of third parties without consent;
(c) Does not contain offensive, obscene, defamatory, or illegal content;
(d) Does not misrepresent the nature or contents of the underlying file; and
(e) Does not contain malicious code, scripts, or injections of any kind.
4. Enforcement
Vlaander LTD reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP and to take any action it deems appropriate, including but not limited to: issuing warnings; suspending or terminating access; reporting violations to law enforcement; and cooperating with law enforcement investigations.
Vlaander LTD may, but is not obligated to, monitor use of the Service for violations of this AUP.
